The American Institute of Baking (AIB) conducts an annual, in depth inspection of our facility. In addition to a very careful inspection of our manufacturing process, our warehouse, the plant exterior and grounds, the sanitation program, the pest control program, the HACCP program and the quality control program, the AIB inspector reviews all records maintained by the manufacturing department. These records include, but are not limited to, our Master Sanitation Schedule (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annual/Annual Activities), our Daily Inspection Reports, our Monthly Inspection Reports, our Pest Control Records and many others.
