
A replacer for non-fat dried milk, 260 is the closest product to non-fat dried milk. Used on a pound for pound basis vs NFDM, 260 is designed to be used in rich formulations that call for a large percentage of NFDM. 260 performs excellent in delicate baked goods such as croissants, butter pound cakes, corn muffins and sponge cakes. Preferred Milk 260 has a 12 month shelf life from the date of production if stored properly.
