Preferred Milk 550
A replacer for non-fat dried milk, 550 is excellent in applications that call for a mid-level percentage of NFDM. 550 is base used in whole grain breads, round top muffins, sugar snap cookies as well as layer cakes. 550 is to be used on a pound vs pound basis vs NFDM. Preferred Milk 550 has a 12 month shelf life from the date of production if stored properly.
