Preferred Milk RMB
A replacer for non-fat dried milk, RMB is best when used in lean formulations that call for a low percentage of NFDM. Used on a pound for pound basis with NFDM, RMB is excellent when used in soft & chewy cookies, layer cakes, dinner rolls, pan breads, snack cakes, hamburger and hot dog buns as well as doughnuts and some pies. Preferred Milk RMB has a 12 month shelf life from the date of production if stored properly.
